SHIPPING POLICY
The Products are shipped through our delivery partners based on the delivery location or pin code provided by the customer. Currently, we ship to over 5000 Pincodes with the help of our delivery partners.
Once your order is created and the payment is verified, it mostly takes 2-3 business days for Non custom order & upto 15 days for custom orders to get ready for dispatch. After Dispatch, we will email you with the tracking code for your order. Also, you can see the same under your account page in the order section.
The delivery time depends on the location of your Address. It would take approximately 3-7 days for the order to reach you after the dispatch is done. In unusual circumstances, the delivery may take a bit longer due to unforeseen situations such as bad weather conditions, festivals, or any other situation. Printmytape or Printmytape.com would not be liable for such delays as these are not in our hands.
We are committed to delivering your order as fast as possible and in good condition. In Case your order does not reach you in good condition, Kindly let us know by email with the pictures of the package box and the products inside. We assure you that we will help you with the same. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGE WHICH IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION i.e. the outer package is torn or broken or the seal is broken. If such is the case, we will send you the order again or will allow you to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
Currently, we ship to addresses only in India.
For all paid courier orders, we include only one way freight, any kind of returns due to wrong number, wrong address or any other information given by the customer, the return shipping cost and shipping cost to send the material again will be bourne by the customer only. Tapebazaar.com will not be responsible for the same.

RETURN POLICY
All our orders are dispatched only after proper quality checks & in good packaging. Due to the nature of products we are dealing in, we don't allow returns or exchanges.
In cases where the product gets damaged during transit or the wrong product received we will take back the shipment and allow a replacement or a refund for your order in case you don't want a replacement. Kindly send an email on sales@tapebazaar.com or call us on the customer service number within 3 days from the order delivery date. Post 3 days of delivery no concern would be entertained for whatsoever reason.
